Threerooms is a busy creative design and branding company based in Nottingham. Our hardworking and dedicated team work on a wide variety of design, branding and web-based projects for clients in the UK and Europe.

This is an ideal opportunity for a bright, articulate and enthusiastic individual to further their career by working in a happy but busy design studio, working alongside the Managing Director and the design team to manage and co-ordinate design projects.

The ideal candidate should feel confident talking to and meeting clients to establish their requirements, producing an accurate design brief and communicating this to the design team, ensuring the project runs effectively and smoothly, ultimately ensuring the work is delivered on time and to budget.

The candidate will be expected to work with different clients to ensure their work is carried out on time and to a high level of quality. They should be keen to bring their existing experience to the table to help make improvements where necessary to help with the continued future growth and success of the business.

The candidate will be organised, having had experience in the design sector (or similar) and will be familiar with the requirements and processes involved, as well as having a keen eye for detail and a general interest in design.

Applicants should have at least two years experience in a similar role and hold a valid UK driving license.

Core Responsibilities:
  • To work with existing and new clients to establish design briefs
  • To provide quotations and manage project finances
  • To allocate and brief in tasks to design team members
  • To effectively manage projects from start to finish
  • To ensure a high-level of quality is achieved in our work
  • To ensure timeframes and deadlines are met
  • To ensure clients are happy and expectations met
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with clients
  • Schedule work into the design studio
  • Work alongside the Managing Director to establish and grow new business
  • Be involved in internal marketing campaigns to generate new business
Required Skills:
  • A clear and confident communicator both verbally and written
  • Organised, accurate with good time-management skills
  • Good understanding of MS Office software required for role
  • Design, print or marketing background
