A brand to
Aspire to
When Serco Learning, a division of Serco Group, appointed a new Marketing Manager he quickly identified a need to give the company a lift in terms of marketing material and the brand as a whole.
Until this point the companies marketing material followed a very specific theme set out by the global corporate guidelines giving it a rigid and stuffy feel. Adhering to guidelines is fine (and something that Threerooms would advocate, after all that's what they are for!), however, Serco Learning and its innovative products needed a brand style of its own. After all, Serco Learning are operating in a highly competitive market against the likes of RM and Capita so they needed to appear dynamic, forward thinking, and more importantly, address their audience, which was previously somewhat overlooked.
The resulting design work took strong, bright colours to represent each product combined with a theme for images that made all collateral consistent, while still being interesting and memorable.
The scope of the rebranding project actually spanned several years, and this relationship still continues today. From an initial effort to address the existing marketing material, implementing a new look for brochures and collateral, Threerooms then continued to address a need to package all products under an umbrella brand called Aspire. This project developed further and subsequently involved logo design, brochures, advertising, 3D product packaging visuals, exhibition design, various presentations, email marketing and a sales toolkit for each product.
