Brand refresh for a modern tech identity

Helping One2Call modernise their brand with strategy, tone of voice, and identity – bringing clarity, consistency, and confidence to every touchpoint.

One2Call is a managed technology service provider that supports SMEs and IT managers with everything from IT and communications to cybersecurity. While their service offering had grown in sophistication, their brand identity hadn’t kept pace, resulting in a disconnect between who they were and how they were perceived.


They needed a complete brand refresh that would:

  • Modernise their visual identity

  • Unify their tone of voice and messaging

  • Clearly communicate their full-service offer

  • Build credibility and stand out in a crowded market

In parallel, we worked closely with their web partner, Sprocket Rocket [add link], a HubSpot website component builder. While we led the creative direction, we ensured that the site design aligned with the limitations and possibilities of the modular build system, tailoring the look and feel without compromising functionality.


Our approach

Through discovery and stakeholder input, we uncovered a few key themes:

  • Their brand lacked consistency across platforms

  • They offered a rare “one-stop shop” tech service, but this wasn’t clearly communicated

  • Their personality – trusted, skilled, supportive – wasn’t coming through in their language or visuals

  • They wanted to stand out in the South Yorkshire tech space and position themselves as a clear, credible partner

Our strategy process helped define their core value proposition and clarify how their divisions – IT, cybersecurity, and comms – worked together. From there, we shaped a new brand narrative and tone of voice that was more human, direct, and aligned with their service-first mindset.

Visually, we evolved the identity to feel more modern, technical and unified. The refreshed look introduced refined typography, a streamlined colour system, and bespoke icons tailored to each service area. These assets were designed to flex across platforms, especially in social media, where consistency had previously been lacking.


The result

One2Call now has a professional, future-fit brand that reflects the depth of their offer and the quality of their team. From their website to internal decks and social comms, every touchpoint feels considered, cohesive, and confidently on-brand.
