The challenge


KSF Global provides end-to-end retail display and product development solutions for some of the world’s most iconic brands. While their technical expertise and international manufacturing capabilities were world-class, their brand identity had fallen behind.

Having recently worked with another agency without success, KSF Global turned to Threerooms to modernise their image. The primary issue was a lack of consistency; as the company expanded, they needed to move away from being seen as a tactical supplier and instead be recognised as a strategic global partner. They required a professional, cohesive look that matched their global aspirations and inspired confidence in high-stakes B2B environments.


The strategy: Architects of Space


For a global retail display agency like KSF, "standard" does not mean "static." We developed "Architects of Space," a brand concept rooted in intelligent design and spatial mastery.

The strategy highlights KSF’s unique ability to transform off-the-shelf retail display products through bespoke modifications, tailoring them to fit a brand's exact requirements. This positioning moves them from "supplier" to "expert," emphasising modular flexibility and the ability to blend structural integrity with high-end adaptability.


The creative execution


Unlike previous attempts that struggled to capture the brand's scale, we built a visual system from the ground up:

  • The new identity: We created a custom, three-dimensional logo that reflects KSF’s ability to manipulate physical forms and create depth within a space.

  • A vibrant palette: We updated the signature corporate red to a more vibrant, energetic shade, capturing the spirit of a proactive challenger brand, introducing a new secondary palette to allow the identity to flex in different environments.

  • Fluid visual language: A suite of flexible graphic shapes acts as "containers" for imagery and copy. These adaptable layouts symbolise the bespoke nature of their service, shifting and changing to meet the needs of the project.

  • Texture and depth: To complete the identity, we developed a supporting pattern built from three-dimensional modular forms, providing a consistent brand texture across all communications.


The outcome


The result is a unified, premium brand identity that reflects KSF Global’s position as an industry leader. By bridging the gap between their technical heritage and their future as a design powerhouse, KSF Global now possesses the professional tools and clear narrative required to win global market share.

From high-impact social content to technical product specification pages, the new identity ensures a distinctive and professional image that scales alongside their international growth.
